About Future Forces Exhibition & Forum
Overview
Future Forces Exhibition & Forum 2026 is an international defence and security technology exhibition held at PVA EXPO PRAGUE from 21–23 October 2026. The programme combines a multi-hall exhibition floor with expert panels, NATO working group sessions, and structured B2B, B2G, and G2G networking.
For more than 25 years, Future Forces events in Prague have served as a Central European hub where industry, government, and military stakeholders compare capabilities, discuss capability gaps, and open procurement and partnership conversations around national and global security.
What to Expect
Exhibitors present technologies across air defence and counter-UAS, autonomous systems, robotics and AI, CBRN, counter-terrorism, crisis management and critical infrastructure protection, crisis and military medicine, cyber security and defence, emerging and disruptive technologies, future air and land forces, homeland security and resilience, individual equipment and protection, integrated forces, law enforcement, logistics, and training and simulation. Special zones include a Cyber Pavilion with stage programming, an Innovation Pavilion for start-ups and R&D, a NATO Pavilion, free exhibitors’ stage slots, indoor and outdoor live demo areas, and — new for 2026 — a mobile container live firing range for controlled product testing. Organisers cite 400+ exhibitors from 35+ countries.
Who Should Attend
The show is built for defence and security decision-makers who need face-to-face access to technology suppliers and institutional partners. Typical attendees include military and security subject-matter experts, government stakeholders, official delegations, diplomatic missions, law-enforcement and emergency services, industry exhibitors and distributors, research and innovation centres, academia, and professional media covering defence, homeland security, and crisis management. Organisers report professional visitors and official delegations from 70+ countries, making the floor relevant for both Czech and international procurement and partnership teams.
Why It Matters
Future Forces matters for exhibitors and buyers who want Central European defence and security meetings concentrated into three days rather than spread across fragmented bilateral travel. The combination of exhibition space, NATO-linked expert sessions, and high-level delegate traffic supports capability discovery, supplier shortlisting, and follow-on meetings after the show. Prague’s location and the event’s long-running network give returning participants a familiar venue while new exhibitors can still reach official delegations and VIP visitors who specifically attend Future Forces for defence and security business development.
