2. Directory accuracy disclaimer

Event dates, venues, and details are supplied by organizers and public sources. We strive to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or correctness. Always confirm details on the official organizer or venue website before making travel or purchase decisions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data in a manner that burdens our systems
• Submit false, misleading, or infringing event or contact information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data
• Impersonate ExhibitionsVoice, organizers, or other users

4. Intellectual property

The ExhibitionsVoice website, branding, layout, and original editorial content are owned by Exhibitions Voice Pvt Ltd or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Event names, logos, and organizer marks remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of the site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference or as permitted by law.

5. User and organizer submissions

When you submit event listings, media inquiries, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide that information. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display, format, and promote submitted content within the directory and related marketing channels.

6. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party organizer websites, registration pages, and partners. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Marketing services

Paid marketing, media partnership, and advertising services are governed by separate agreements or order forms where applicable. These Terms apply to general site use unless superseded by a signed agreement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXHIBITIONS VOICE PVT LTD AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
